This page contains all Brazos Gardens Laws and Restrictions documents. The Home Improvement Request below is what residents will need for improvements or revisions to the exterior of your homes. Revisions must be approved prior to any work being performed. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate removal and/or legal action being taken. You can find the ACC Application below (Home Improvement Request). To submit your application, you may send it by email to frontdesk@eamhouston.com. REMINDER: When turning in your ACC application, remember to include your survey and a drawing of your project if adding or improving to your property. Also, don’t forget to submit a color sample.
