The Brazos Gardens neighborhood is located in off FM 762 just off of Crabb River Road. Brazos Gardens has 90 single family properties with a median build year of 2003. Our subdivision is only a short distance from Brazos Town Center. We are zoned to Lamar Consolidated ISD schools. We are conveniently accessible from US Highway 59 or Highway 99. Our subdivision is surrounded with restaurants, sporting facilities, and plenty of family venues.

Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday in the Brazos Gardens community. Texas Pride provides trash cans for every resident in the form of large black plastic cans. Your trash must be placed by the curb before 8am if you would like it to be picked up. After pickup your trash can must be place near your home, out of view. Billing for trash pickup is billed through Texas Pride Disposal.

The Brazos Gardens website is a means of keeping up with the news and events in our neighborhood. Need alterations or additions made to your home? Now all the documents can be downloaded from the “documents” page. Need access to your HOA? Now there is a simple email address to communicate directly with the HOA President, or the Management Company. Our new website is meant to be updated monthly.
